Flare-Up FixÂ
Â
Your flare-ups are not random.
They have a cause. And they have a cure.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Â
You used to be someone who didn't think twice about any of this.
Â
Getting in and out of the car without planning how to move. Picking up your child without bracing. Sitting through a dinner without mentally counting how many more minutes you can take. Going to sleep without wondering what tomorrow's pain level will be.
Â
That person is still in there. But the life you're living now — the one where you cancel plans, avoid the things you love, and quietly rearrange everything around what your body will and won't let you do — that life is getting smaller by the month. And you know it.
Â
You've probably tried everything the healthcare system told you to try. Physical therapy, injections, chiropractors, specialists. Maybe surgery was mentioned. Maybe you've already had one. And yet here you are — still searching, still hurting, still wondering if this is just how life is now.
Â
It's not.
Â
But here is the part almost no one has told you: the reason nothing has worked long-term is not because you haven't tried hard enough. It's because the system didn't give you the full picture of what chronic pain actually is.
THE SCIENCE #1
·Evidence-based · JAMA Psychiatry 2021Â
Â
The real reason your flare-ups won't stop
Â
When pain persists beyond normal healing time, your brain begins to associate normal movements and sensations with danger — producing pain as a protective response even when there is no ongoing tissue damage. This is called neuroplastic pain. It is real. It is measurable. And it is reversible.
The way most people respond to flare-ups — bracing, avoiding, catastrophizing — accidentally teaches the brain that the signal is real and dangerous. Which makes the next flare-up more likely, not less.
THE SCIENCE #2
Your MRI told you a story. That story might not be true.
Â
Most people with chronic pain have a diagnosis. Bulging disc. Scoliosis. Arthritis. A herniation. Some degeneration. Something the imaging showed, and a doctor pointed to, and said: this is why.
Â
Slowly, that diagnosis became part of your pain story. Part of what you brace against. Part of what you believe is structurally wrong with you. Part of what your nervous system keeps firing alarms about.
Â
Here's what almost no one tells you:
The same findings that show up on your MRI — bulging discs, degeneration, even herniations — show up in plenty of people who have zero pain. Imaging didn't cause your pain. It gave your brain a story to hold on to.
Â
If standard care didn't work and your pain became chronic, there's a very high likelihood this is a mindbody connection issue that has evolved into a neuroplasticity problem. Your pain is real. It's just being generated and maintained by a sensitized nervous system — not by ongoing tissue damage.
Â
THE SCIENCE #3
You have even more supportive evidence that your pain is reversible if:
-
You have a history of multiple mindbody disorders at different points in your life (anxiety, IBS, migraines, chronic fatigue, pelvic pain, knee pain, tendinitis, fibromyalgia, long COVID, insomnia)
-
Your pain is symmetrical, or changes location or intensity from day to day
-
Your flares correlate with stress, emotional load, or life pressure more than with physical activity
-
Your pain decreases when you're distracted or doing something you enjoy
-
You're carrying unresolved trauma that keeps your nervous system in a heightened state
-
Your imaging came back normal, or your pain began with no clear injury
-
You feel frustrated, anxious, or overwhelmed by your symptoms and the impact they've had on your life
-
Traditional methods haven't worked, or have failed to provide long-term relief

You are a chronic pain warrior who is ready for the missing piece.
-
You have had chronic pain for months or years and body-based treatments only helped temporarily

Meet your coach
Amari Dior
Certified PRT Practitioner and Chronic Pain Coach
As a former chronic pain warrior, I know how overwhelming it feels when pain takes over your life — but I also know what it takes to heal.
For the past five years, I’ve helped people overcome pain anxiety, reverse neuroplastic pain, and rebuild trust in their bodies using mind-body tools and nervous system regulation.
Your brain is powerful. It can create pain — but it can also unlearn it.
Who This Course Is For
Who This Course Is Not For
What if I have a structural diagnosis (disc bulge, scoliosis, arthritis, etc.)?
Is this a replacement for physical therapy or medical treatment?
How quickly will I see results?
What if I’ve tried mind-body approaches before and they didn’t work?
How much time does this take?
What conditions can this help with?
Is there any risk?
You were not given the full picture.
This course gives it to you.
